A Virtual Solo Ensemble Clinic
Rules and Participation Guidelines
The Heartland Spotlight Showcase gives middle and high school musicians an easy, low-pressure way to shine—while getting valuable, professional feedback before District Contest. Designed for band, orchestra, and choir soloists, this virtual format allows students to submit a one-take performance and receive guaranteed written and scored adjudication tailored to help them feel confident and prepared for their in-person District evaluation.
While our calendar aligns with the Oklahoma District Solo Contest, submissions are welcome from any student nationwide. Everyone is invited to participate.
